Founder & President: Larry Watson

• Education: Engineering degree – Applied Mathematics
• 30+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions and processes for inventory management within the distribution and manufacturing industries
• 20 years at Hewlett-Packard in the following roles: DBA, forecaster, application support, programmer and senior manufacturing development engineer
• Founded RockySoft in 1999; currently serving as RockySofts President and CEO

VP of Business Development: Jeffrey Porter

• Education: BS Engineering and Master of Business Administration
• 12 years at the helm of RockySoft’s Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• 25+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions and processes for inventory management within the distribution and manufacturing industries
• Senior consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the 1980s
• Manufacturing development engineer for Hewlett-Packard in the 1990s
• RockySoft’s first employee in 1999; currently serving as Vice President of business development

Software Development Manager: Jake Latham

• Education: Computer science degree and biology degree with a minor in neurobiology/anatomy
• 10 years of experience as a software engineer
• 12 years of experience as a Web designer
• 1 year as a software engineer at DataSplice Corporation prior to joining RockySoft
• has been guiding RockySoft’s development team using rapid, evolutionary, object-oriented technologies

Senior Software Engineer: Jesse Watson

• 15 years experience in the tech industry:
• 10 years as a principal software engineer and technologist
• Leadership background in business, engineering management, and technology development
• Multiple start-up experiences growing software organizations

Director of Sales & Client Accounts: Jeff Woodmansee

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology; MBA from Colorado State University
• Four years as the Client Account Manager at RockySoft
• Two years as an Event Manager in the security and crowd management industry
• Four years as a commercial airline pilot

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Micki Crandall

• Education: Computer science and music degrees, emphasis in computers in education
• 21+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions and processes for inventory management within the distribution and manufacturing industries
• 15 years at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent specializing in planning and procurement support and development

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Todd Warnygora

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, University of Minnesota
• 5 years previous experience in the manufacturing industry in an engineering role
• 8 years in managed business solutions, specializing in IT and supply-chain solutions

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Matt Thompson

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Mathematics minor, Colorado State University
• 3+ years at RockySoft implementing and supporting the RockySoft suite of tools.
• 9 years previous work experience developing and supporting computer simulation models for the U. S. Forest Service; 3 years system administration for a USDA test lab; 7 years with Managed Business Solutions supporting corporate web sites and manufacturing and planning applications.

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Debbie Hillis

• Previous work experience includes 10 years of expertise as a buyer and planner of electronics and robotics for Electronic Fab Technology Corporation (EFTC) and Technistar.
• Specialized in planning systems and support procurement applications for Hewlett Packard and Agilent for over 9 years.

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Natalie Goffredi

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Colorado State University.
• 25+ years at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in Information Technology and Business Consulting roles with a primary focus on solution development in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Senior Implementation and Support Engineer: Julie Williams-Cipriani

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics and Pre-Med, Colorado State University.
• Previous work experience: includes 10 years developing mathematical computer simulation models for the US Air Force and the US Forest Service; 7 years in support and development of Hewlett Packard and Agilent Corporate Field Operations applications; 8 years in database application development and 3 years in web design.

Marketing Manager: Dayna Schwarz

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing along with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University
• Three years as the Marketing Manager at RockySoft
• Four years as the Marketing and Events Manager at Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson and Dream Machines Entertainment
